The location is great, close to the center, train station, old town, and in a safe area. The rooms are spacious and have air conditioning, a balcony, and a fantastic shower. The staff at the reception desk is extremely friendly and accommodating.

Also, location was easy, within a close distance from Das Carre. Btw, a train station was walk from the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and very helpful and always had a smile. I booked a room with a great bed, complementary tea and an electric kettle.

Unique clean property, it has outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff at the reception desk. The rooms are neat and functional, the beds are extremely comfy. The location is marvellous and decent, 2 km from Philosophenweg Road. The airport is 20 km away, easy to get to.

The hotel was within walking distance to the old town. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The check-in or check-out was done in the friendliest and most courteous manner. If I travel to Heidelberg again I will stay at this hotel again!
